ROOM FEE:

$500

Tax of 7% and gratuity of 20% will be added to the final bill.

MENU:

$115/platter - 10 assorted sandwiches (cut in half or fourths)

$30 for a small side - 32oz.- (feeds roughly 4-6 people) choice of pickled cucumbers and onions, pickled beets or potato salad

$25 – 10 assorted chips

$25 – 10 assorted Pepsi products

(Outdoor grilling is available for custom private events at an added cost)

(ANY ALCOHOL WILL BE SOLD BY ITEM WITH VALID ID)

Outdoor stage on patio for speakers or performers.

Parking deck across the street and street parking

CANCELLATION POLICY:

ROOM FEE – NON-REFUNDABLE $500

A/V – NON-REFUNDABLE $200 (PLUS 7% SERVICE FEE)

MUST HAVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO SECURE THE RESERVATION DATE FOR THE ROOM FEE AND/OR A/V. ROOM FEE AND A/V CHARGE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
